Custom cut orders are designed just according to the given design specifications. So you cannot cancel the custom orders once the order has proceeded to the fabrication stage. Glass Genius has a holistic product guarantee policy. However, please note that the guarantee policy does not apply to custom-cut items that have been measured incorrectly by the buyer.
