Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy Fab Glass And Mirror
All non *oversized orders shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.
Oversized orders shipped via frieght carriers.
Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your order.
Glass ships to 48 states in the United States.
We use extreme caution when packaging Glass. When necessary we use Styrofoam to wrap the glass first than apply an outer layer of cardboard.
Buyer is responsible for the disposal of broken items. Fab Glass will not pick up broken merchandise, and will not reimburse disposal fees
P.O Box based addresses are not allowed for shipment
Fab Glass reserves the right to cancel your order if the shipping destination is not in an area commonly accessible by our freight carrying partners. We may, at our discretion, seek alternative transportation and offer you the opportunity to have an item delivered at an additional expense. You maintain the right to a full refund should the additional delivery expense not be acceptable.
Shipment will confirm on the same day if order done before 4 PM eastern on a business day.
International shipment is not allowed.

for oversized item a $120 redelivery fee will be charged for failure to be present at the time of delivery.

* Oversized items are large products that must ship through a freight carrier based on meeting one or more of the following criteria:
- Weigh 151 lbs. or more when packaged
- Length measures 108 in. or more Girth measures 165 in. or more

CUSTOM CUT ORDERS
All Custom Cut orders including Shower Doors, Tempered Glass, Laminated Glass, Glass Shelves, Glass Table Tops, Mirrors, Replacement Glass and others listed cannot be CANCELLED or ALTERED once they have been sent to fabrication.
Please call the customer support at 888-474-2221 Ext 2 to check your order status.
Custom Cut Orders May Not Be Returned
The Fab Glass and Mirror guarantee does not cover any custom cut items that were wrongly measured by the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your Fab Glass ready-made, stock product purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase*.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, or it arrived damaged, you may return it within the specified period above. Items that are damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.
The customer is required to open all items and inspect them within 24 hours of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packages and packed the same way it was shipped to qualify for a refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance of returned items, unless the item was received defective or wrong item was shipped.
Returning or Exchanging Items
Customer must include a proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail: Customer has the option to choose any carrier, provided a tracking number is available.
Fab Glass and Mirror Reserves the right to refuse any package that is not properly packed or has obvious damage caused by the carrier.
To return or exchange an order: Include a copy of your invoice and RMA authorization email.
Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
Ship returns within 3 business days of receiving the return authorization.
